  • As each handmade decor is unique, slight variations in design, color, or size may occur. These variations do not constitute a defect and are part of the handmade nature of the products
  • As the items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Please inspect the items immediately upon receiving them.
  • Once an order is confirmed and the deposit is received, no changes or cancellations can be made unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
  • Any changes to the order must be communicated within 3 working days of order confirmation. Any alterations after this period may incur additional charges or delays.
  • Any additional work requested during creation of decors will incur additional charges.
  • Complimentary (Free) Delivery for minimum purchase of S$200 within Singapore.
  • We are not liable for any delays or failure to fulfill an order caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or changes in government regulations.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide correct details for delivery, including address, contact number, and special delivery instructions. Any re-delivery or additional charges due to incorrect information will be the customer's responsibility.
  • If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will arrange for a resolution, which may include a replacement or a repair, depending on the nature of the damage.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order in the event of payment disputes, abusive behavior, or other circumstances that may prevent the completion of the order.
  • Please store home decor in cool & dry conditions.
